Homes, estates and village appointments
Mobile notarization at residences, offices and agreed locations in and around East Hampton.
Valid Physical Photo ID and mental competency are required for notarization.
Private homes, estates, hotels, medical facilities, offices, marinas and agreed meeting places throughout the Hamptons. Same-day and urgent mobile notary appointments are available.
Many of the photographs on this page were taken by our own team while working and traveling throughout the South Fork. We know the villages, the seasonal traffic, the long drives between appointments and the places where clients actually spend their day—from homes and offices to medical facilities, hotels, marinas and the beach.
That local familiarity matters when a Power of Attorney, real estate closing, estate document or corporate signing has a deadline. We plan around Hamptons logistics so the appointment fits into your day instead of taking it over.
Our advantage is not simply that we advertise service in the Hamptons. We are already here. Our team is positioned throughout the South Fork and understands the traffic, seasonal congestion, distances between villages and the importance of getting time-sensitive documents signed on schedule. Because we have notaries positioned across the South Fork, we can often reach an emergency appointment within about an hour of the call when a nearby notary is available. Some mobile notary services cover the Hamptons from farther away; local positioning helps us respond more efficiently when timing matters.
With notaries positioned near the communities we serve, we can respond more efficiently to appointments in Southampton, Sag Harbor, East Hampton, Montauk and surrounding areas. For an emergency, we can often arrive within about an hour when a nearby team member is available.
Real estate, estate, legal and corporate documents often cannot wait for someone driving several hours into the Hamptons. Local coverage helps reduce that risk.
Upon request, we can print your documents before the appointment and take completed packages to the appropriate shipping location afterward, helping you avoid spending your day printing, driving and waiting in line.
Rush Mobile Notary provides professional traveling notary service throughout the Hamptons, including Southampton, Water Mill, Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton, East Hampton, Amagansett and Montauk. We travel to private homes and estates, hotels, hospitals and medical facilities, law offices, businesses, marinas and other agreed locations.
Same-day, evening, weekend and urgent appointments are available based on scheduling and travel conditions. Common requests include Powers of Attorney, wills and estate documents, mortgage and real estate closings, affidavits, corporate documents and apostille-related notarizations.
Serving clients since 2007, we focus on dependable scheduling, discretion and professional service for both local residents and people spending time in the Hamptons.
Reviews and testimonials from clients who needed responsive, professional mobile notary service.
“Estate planning documents were promptly printed, notarized, scanned back to my attorney, and taken to Fed Ex all the same day as I called. I live in East Hampton. It’s a great service.”
“I’m in NYC to work for the COVID crisis and happen to be in the middle of selling my home in Iowa. I needed some forms notarized ASAP and couldn’t find one after calling numerous places. Thankfully Rush Mobile Notary was not only available but because of the executive order from Cuomo we were able to get my documents notarized via FaceTime within an hour. To top it off the fee was waived because I am a healthcare worker visiting to care directly with COVID patients. It was such a relief for me to get this taken care of in a timely manner and with such professionalism, I would highly recommended. They truly care about their customers!”
“I’m a big believer in paying for the services you need when you need them! Honestly I’d pay any amount to get super fast Same day mobile notary services like Christine offers. I needed a lease signed and delivered next day and other places only have notary from 8am to 11am so at 3pm this was the ticket! She saved the day, thanks!”
“Christine worked well with our client. She handled herself in a professional way and treated the client with respect and dignity since he was bedridden. She is a great Notary that took the time and had patience with the client. I would recommend her to anyone and plan on using her again.”
